Edmund "Quintus" Cain

Chairman of the Board and MythologyCrafts.com Founder

Edmund Cain is the creator of MythologyCrafts.com. He is eager to share his passion for the ancient world and art with others and offer fun learning opportunities for younger students.

He is a West Career and Technical Academy Environmental Science student and in the top 5% of his class. Edmund has taken online courses from the University of Newcastle, UK about life on Hadrian’s Wall in Romano-Britain and enrolled in Latin literature and language courses in addition to his regular high school classes. He was a 2021 Kempsville Legacy Scholar at the Center for American Archeology where he attend a two-week archeology field study in Illinois focusing on the Native Tribes of the American Midwest.

Edmund hopes to become an archeologist using environmentally friendly archelogy to document and preserve sites endangered by economic expansion. He believes this will combine his interest in science, history and art.  

Sophie "Sophia" Cain
Vice Chair

Sophie Cain has supported MythologyCrafts.com from the beginning. She assists in the filming and marketing/social media for the organization. She has recently also started researching and writing content for the blog. 

She is a 7th grade student at Faith Lutheran Middle School with an interest in history and performing arts. She won her school wide speech festival in 2020 for her dramatic performance of Queen Elizabeth I’s Address at Tilbury. She is interested in many different cultures and international affairs and is a member the Model United Nations Team. 

She has earned her Girl Scout Bronze Award and is committed to community service and helping others. Sophie has earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Award and is a member of National Charity League–Las Vegas.

Logan Timmons
9th Grade Representative

Logan A. Timmons joined MythologyCrafts.com in the fall of 2021. He is a freshman attending Bishop Gorman High School. He enjoys mythology immensely and is a big fan of the Percy Jackson Book Series. He previously attended Doral Academy. 

He is a Boy Scout and his other interests include:  reading, history and acting.  He has a strong track record of success in Quiz Bowl tournaments, competing against high school teams while still in middle school. He specializes in questions related to sports and history.  

Logan’s true passion is acting and he would like pursue this as a career in the future. He has been cast in many plays including a production of Noises Off. 

Logan loves having fun and talking.
